Returns
Customers may request a return only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product is defective upon arrival
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ordering by customer
- Used or damaged products after delivery
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
